Founded in 2017, Francis Business Consulting LLC provides full-service bookkeeping, payroll management, tax preparation and planning, CFO advisory, and business consulting services for small businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout Kennesaw, Cobb County, and Metro Atlanta. We specialize in customized financial solutions designed to improve cash flow, ensure compliance, and support long-term growth.

We believe financial literacy is the foundation of empowerment. Our team works hands-on with entrepreneurs many from underserved communities to help them understand their numbers, improve operations, and scale with confidence. To date, we have helped launch over 50 small businesses and support several international ventures, turning ideas into income and passion into purpose.

We have built partnerships with local nonprofits, colleges, and incubators to deliver mentorship and training that bridges the gap between education and entrepreneurship. Our impact extends beyond numbers it is about community transformation. We mentor emerging leaders and host workshops that teach youth how to build wealth through ownership, financial literacy, and leadership.
